課程大綱內容:

本課程之目標，在介紹微生物研究方法的原理及應用。內容涵括，科學文獻之收集、培養基之種類與應用、微生物之生長及測定、微生物生長之控制、顯微鏡及其應用、染色原理及應用、微生物之分離、培養與保存，真菌之生長與產孢，微生遺傳研究方法，免疫學之應用，以及其他新發展之方法等。本課程為二學分，學期成績主要由期中及期末考試為主要依據。

The goal of this course is to introduce students the principles and applications of microbiological methods. This course is two credit hours and will meet two hours every week. The grade will be determined by the mid-term and final examination.
